Official synopsis Publisher

When the base commander disappears and the only doctor becomes another zombie, Jerry’s expertise as a biologist helps him to search for a cure to save humankind. Will he succeed with only a few remaining Marines to guard him from vicious zombies who want to eat him? When he was exposed to the contagion in California, his colleagues became zombies. He survived. Immediately after their attack on the town of Big Bear, Jerry was transferred to Gitmo to run a new lab. The zombie population is growing out of control. When his new girlfriend Cathy disappears, he is so distraught he almost gives up. She leaves behind two messages for him. The original antidote is useless and she names who ordered the experiment. Jerry realizes the government set the zombie health crisis in motion. He struggles to improve the ineffective antidote to stop the living dead from spreading across the ocean and the States. Only a few Marine guards stand between his staff and their worst nightmare. With the assistance of an observant Marine, Jerry makes a unique discovery he wants to try out on the zombies they locked up for testing. He worries about bringing the damaged people back to health, only to find out they have a new epidemic. If cured, would there be thousands, if not millions, of brain dead but healthy people roaming the earth? Worse or better than flesh eating zombies? The care and feeding from millions to billions of Alzheimer type patients would be impossible to keep up. There would not be enough caregivers to do the job. At least, with the zombies, you know you have to kill them.
