Eleven year old Kara witnesses Tina being dragged into a vacant cabin. Later Tina is found dead. Killed by a lethal injection of deadly drugs.
Kara decides she has to testify on what she saw to give Tina’s parents closure on her death. She is kidnaped to keep her from testifying.
