Official synopsis Publisher

This book was written for my grand children to preserve some of the events during my life. My child hood began during the depression days in an area sparsely settled where homes were with out running water or electricity. It was a time when you grew your own food, made your toys, did all of your traveling by foot or stayed home. Simply things such as story telling was a favorite past time. This book is not a drama with plots etc., but separate incidents over my life span that show what life was like, progressively over an 80 year span. It was a hard life by today’s standard but that is the “way it was.”
