On That Fateful Day, more commonly known as September 11, 2001, or just 9/11, nearly 3000 people were murdered, not just within the World Trade Center complex, but also at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, and in a field in Shanksville, PA. This book will focus upon the drama that took place at the World Trade Center. The story is told without any politics, geopolitical opinion or premeditated rancor.
Within the World Trade Center, the actions and heroes of the first responders are well known. Less is known about the actions and heroics of the ordinary civilian office worker.
