One Night In Mexico

A man is killed in a small Mexican town. An American wakes up in jail accused of the murder. In the third book of the Wilson Brothers series, Don and Tom Wilson soon find themselves involved in the murder investigation. Along the way, they learn of a plot to permanently silence a friend of a friend, someone who was also a close friend of their deceased father. In the pursuit of discovering who is responsible for the murder, an underlying theme begins to emerge of a wealthy former stock broker seeking to run for a high political office, someone who was involved in some very shady stock transactions and desperate to keep that information secret. As the facts see the light of day, Don and Tom learn more about their father and how he might have been involved with the murder victim, and about the friend the politician wants silenced. Following every lead to its conclusion takes the Wilsons from Mexico to Florida and then to New Jersey, and in the process they help solve the mystery of a fifty-year-old disappearance of a young man.
