It’s because the scientist, Traysis Caridin, the son of the maligned historian Trace Caridin, informs him of this through the interpretation of his father’s Nargasaan Prophecy. According to Traysis, within the next ten days the events leading to the great onslaught will escalate and if Governor Kelso doesn’t intercede, Thumminia will be devastated along with their entire world of Aluudra. With much cynicism Governor Kelso responds by dispatching his elite covert task force, the Trock Corps. This five-member team led by Kyle Barnes (Kyb), a young and burdened operative, investigates the strange happenings in Thumminia.
