Meet Meeche the Melodious Owl

Meeche is an owl who loves to hoot music throughout the day. From the time she wakes up at 6 o’clock and takes a shower, to when she brushes her beak at 7, eats lunch at 12, and cleans around the house at 2, to when it’s time to go to bed at 7. Music is part of her daily schedule, and her hoots of “Whooo, whoo, whoooo!” can be heard. But one day, something strange happens which causes Meeche’s voice to go quiet. Will she ever hoot again? Hello! My name is Mechelle Davis, and I am the author of Meeche The Melodious Owl. I was born in Winston Salem NC and I have one child, Mario Vaughn whom I love very much. My mother, father and grandmother are my greatest influence on why I love teaching. At the present I am a Pre-K Teacher at Kimberley Park Elementary School and have enjoyed teaching for many years.
