The poet decided that rather than writing a technical book on the subject of pollution and environment, he would use a creative way and present this subject through verses.
After publication of Part One, titled Wreath for the Earth?, which was published by Partridge, this is Part Two of verses. Like Part One, these English verses too are a free-translation of the poet’s own Hindi poems.
