At the age of 10, After witnessing a police officer murder his mother, Drew stabs the police, bringing an attempted murder charge on his head. He is taken to juvenile lockup, where he is diagnosed as psychotic, and from there he sent to the state mental facility for juveniles, until after his 18th birthday. Tiffany Roe grew up poor in the mean, sanity-eating streets of the Chicago ghetto. At the age of 16, after being abused for so long, she goes on a revenge-filled rampage: killing her exes dogs, firebombing their homes and cars, beating up their girlfriends; then she slits the throat of one of her exes, earning herself an attmpter murder charge. Diagnosed as psychotic, she is sent to the state mental facility for juveniles. At the state mental facility, Drew and Tiffany fall madly n love, vowing to one another that, together, they were going to have a beautiful life: money, cars , a home, children. Released back onto the dream-devouring streets of Chicago, Drew & Tiffany so on come to believe that because they have been diagnosed as “psychotic”, they will not get hired for good paying jobs; so, earning good money to help fullfil their dreams was not going to happen, therefore crushing their dreams. But refusing to let their dreams die, in a rob-’em-and-kill-’em fashion that would make Bonnie & Clyde look like clowns–in pursuit of their dreams–Drew and Tiffany go on a robbing and killing srpee, Gruesomely murdering all of their victims. In their robberies, they are successful, looting for bags of bucks. Feeling that they have made more than enough money from robbing to help make their dreams come true, Drew decides its time to stop, ready to pursue a life of happiness with the woman he loves–Tiffany.
