God A.K.A. Jesus Christ

God A.K.A. Jesus Christ by Richard Schofield, published by Xulon Press in 2007, is an exploration of the relationship between Jesus and God as presented in the Holy Scriptures. This 88-page book is written in English and aims to highlight key biblical passages that assert the divinity of Jesus Christ. Schofield emphasizes the importance of understanding scripture correctly, encouraging readers to rely on God’s word for truth rather than personal interpretations.
In this edition, readers will find a discussion centered on the necessity of the Holy Ghost for understanding biblical truths. The text addresses common barriers to comprehension, such as preconceived notions and a lack of spiritual guidance. Schofield argues that true understanding comes from allowing the Holy Ghost to lead one into all truth, reinforcing the idea that revelation can occur when one is open to divine teaching. The book delves into themes of Christian theology and Christology, making it a relevant read for those interested in deepening their understanding of these subjects.

I can not prove that Jesus is God (the Holy scriptures will do that). What you have just read was merely highlighted scripture that tells us that Jesus indeed is the almighty God. II Timothy 2:15 reminds us that we are to continue …rightly dividing the word of God we are to “cut it right” and “walk in the path of truth.” We must divide what we think from what God’s word is really saying. I don’t believe anyone, no matter how long they have walked with God, can prove that Jesus is God. Therefore we must rely on God’s word for therein lies the truth. I and my father are one – He that hath seen me hath seen the father – in him (Jesus) dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, what could possibly cause anyone not to understand these quotes from scripture. There are two reasons why anyone could not understand what these quotes mean. The first reason is the lack of an indwelling of the Holy Ghost, the second and most common reason is not allowing the Holy Ghost to lead you into “all” truth. I Thessalonians tells us “quench not the spirit,” that is the action we take when we lean to our own understanding, not rightly dividing the word. It is much easier to teach an unlearned person than one that has already been taught and formed a barrier to any other teaching, though it be the truth. However the Bible states that the anointing breaks (destroys) the yoke, and with the Holy Ghost comes the anointing that can make a revelation in a flash.
