UNLV Bookstore

Very sad that as a student you have to deal with below average customer service from the bookstore. The first time I was there there was no clear explanation if you could search for your book in the back, so I walked in and was told I was not allowed back there and to wait in line. Once checked out I was told by another person, next time I was free to go in the back and find my own books. That if I had issues I could use the computer to find said text books unless they had to be orders. Ok, thank you! I think?nnCome spring semester. I was now told, “yeah just go find your book” as that was the last bit of customer help I had I was unable to find my book and did what I was told last semester to do and “use the computer if no one is back there to help you”nIt wasn’t until then that I was told in a bit of an annoyed tone “please don’t touch our computers, what can I help you find?” Then was helped in an annoyed tone by the employee. Ok, I understand, my fault, but in a school that is ranked high on hospitality that prepares its students to Forbes standards?! I can’t believe the disorganization and customer service I receive each time I come. It’s sad because I’d love to support my school despite the marked up prices. This experience after not being guided and being scolded lets me know it will be the last time I’m here.nRafael was very kind and courteous upon check out though, I really wish the rest of staff either communicated like him or practiced their customer service communication.

The UNLV Bookstore is a must-visit for fans of the University of Las Vegas! They offer a fantastic range of fan merchandise including hoodies, mugs, and much more. Definitely worth a visit! Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but manageable with a little walking.

Very nice bookstore and has some nice sales as well..uch bigger than I thought! Bright and cheerful and friendly staff! 👍

I was in town for an event and needed to grab a baseball hat for my son, who's a huge UNLV baseball fan. I stopped by a local bookstore, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were. They helped me right away, guiding me to the hats. I found a great one in just a few minutes and was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was a quick and easy shopping experience, and my son loved the hat! Highly recommend this place if you're in need of some sports gear.
