bought a modeling kit but never opened the package and decided to return it the same day. I was told all sales are final. So you're telling me even though the item is non-perishable, unopened, and I have the receipt the store cannot take back the item and issue a refund? What a bogus policy. I can see why students would rather get their supplies elsewhere because somehow we always get taken advantage of by our own bookstore

Showed up at 4pm on a Tuesday to pick up my cap and gown only to see the bookstore closed. I drove an hour each way for absolutely no reason. Turns out they shortened the hours LAST WEEK. Nice, right around graduation time and never announced the change. Absolutely ridiculous. For a school that caters to working people, closing early at 3 and 4pm and not letting people know about the change is obsurd. With the amount of money we pay in tuition you would think they would have better hours for the people who work and not obruptly change them. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I ordered a book online for a Mini term which is a term that only last one month. I was charged for the book that I never received. When I called the same day that I was charged to pick up the book the answering service said they were still open. Summer hours Is what was listed although we are now in December. I went up there and nobody was there although hours listed when you call said they were open until 4pm. Then when I checked the website it said store closed from December 23-Jan 4th. So why charge me on the 23rd for a book I don’t have in my possession. I’ve called several times and left voicemails. Then I was emailed yesterday by the store manager Sue Pahi who said she would come to the store at 10am so that I can get my book. Well I wake up this morning to an email from her personal email that says she is not coming and the store will reopen Jan 4th. Very unprofessional, I’ve had to order the book elsewhere and I’m demanding a refund. This is the reason people rather shop elsewhere for school books.

Before purchasing a book, confirm with your professor if they are using a learning module for the class. Bookstore will only sell access codes that include learning modules. Making it impossible to access the book itself if your professor is not using the same module.nAlso, purchasing directly from the publisher is much cheaper.

I ordered the wrong book. Contacted them before they even shipped it, but they shipped it anyway. I keep telling them I want to return it and nothing. My emails get rejected and no body is picking up the phone I guess it's closed. I just need to return this book that hasn't even arrived yet.
