The Pleasant Pheasant Bookstore

My kids and I love this jewel box of a bookstore. They have a really fun selection for all ages and we’re always pleasantly surprised by what we find while browsing. They have cozy chairs for kids (baby Poangs!) and grownups and they’re right across from a great coffee shop. Cute stationary and tea towels and calendars and stuff too. Super glad Woodland has this now.

I love a local bookstore. I love shopping locally. This treasure combines the best of all that. Welcoming. Comfortable to navigate. Lovely, interesting selections of books and extras such a few Lego kits and a sampling of toys and puzzles.

First time to the book store. Wonderful atmosphere. Plenty of books covering all types of genres. The games section was packed with wonderful games. The store owner was fabulous and had excellent customer service. Definitely a place to come to locate that hidden treasure in books and such.

Great indie bookshop with a wide selection of fiction, non-fiction, cookbooks, kid’s books (picture books and YA), graphic novels and more. They also have an awesome selection of board games, stationery and gift-y things.nnRight across the courtyard from a cute little coffee shop too. We got some cool books for the whole fam and sat outside with some coffee to read.
