I ordered two triple scoop bags and not received ANY product I ordered. I was only refunded for one and have reached out multiple time with no resolution. Im owed $96.96. Please stay away from any presale items as it is almost impossible to dispute an old charge. Or better yet, stay away from this company until they can get live reps who answer their emails and social media messages

Absolutely loved this store! My daughter and I went and got Clio bags. She made a bookmark which was a nice touch at the store.

This company has such cute products but their communication and process of shipping items to customers is hot garbage. They advertise “in stock” items will ship within 2 days, but it’s been over a month since my order was placed and no emails, tracking, communication, or anything. I have emailed and DM’d on both instagram and Facebook with no response other than the obvious read receipts showing they have opened my messages. I stupidly placed an order a month ago, after waiting NINE MONTHS last year for my order to ship. I assumed with time things had changed, but I was wrong for thinking so. If you want a nice cute bag, go support any company that isn’t this one 🙂
