TCC Southeast Bookstore

Always some sort of issue. Today they did not process my online order because they were having WiFi issues and the system was down. My digital book was not available for purchase and was not showing up on the online bookstore at all so I had to drive 40 minutes to another campus to get the book.

I've always had good customer service here but I don't understand how they could say they have good prices when I can find better deals on Amazon and eBay for new textbooks and school supplies. Unless you're rich I would recommend buying textbooks on eBay.

07.08.2019, Poor customer service from the 2 young women who manager the book inventory. The person who operates on the left computer is lazy. She is selective who she will assist; when I stated assist she seldom leave her chair unless it’s a emergency to actually locate a book you where unable to locate. Other TCCD campuses bookstores are proactive assisting Retired Veterans locate or answer a questions regarding there supplies. Unfortunately, these 2 TCC employees haven’t received the training and message. I hope their leadership correct their slothful energy.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give them zero stars. They sold me a useless ebook code and then referred me to publisher. They acknowledged the code was useless, but said it was not in their power to do anything about it. Do not buy from them unless you have no other options!!!nnMy advice, buy ebooks from the publisher’s website and buy print books from amazon or another business that has ethical business standards.

I came in today to check it out, as it’s my first year, and the customer service was impeccable. The lady working was very nice and welcoming, and we had a very nice conversation as i was exploring the store. I will definitely be coming back!
