Bookstore staff is friendly and efficient. The store is clean and well kept. Lots of great merch!

I always have a wonderful experience at the campus bookstore! The manager and her staff are so friendly and always very helpful! Not to mention how organized the store itself is, it’s a true reflection of the hard work they put into maintaining a great atmosphere!

I'm really not the type to leave reviews but they deserve it! Wish I could give 0 stars! I purchased a book online and it took 2 hours to get a followup email with instructions. After getting that email I realized that the bookstore uses an unnecessary middleman service that then didn't give me the access code I needed to access the book I had purchased. After LITERALLY 30 calls and 2 emails to the TAMUCC bookstore over a 4 day period, they NEVER answered so I was finally able to waste 2 hours of my life on hold with the customer support for the middleman book service to try to figure out how I could get my book.nnWill never purchase through the bookstore again. It would've been much faster (and actually cheaper) if I would've just bought through the Mcgraw Hill publisher website. Do better TAMUCC bookstore.nnUPDATE: The manager of the bookstore did reach out to apologize and let me know how they are going to improve their processes in future semesters to ensure the lack of communication doesn't persist. I appreciate the outreach and am looking forward to giving them another chance in the future.

Really nice store. Super high prices…

Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a friendly member of staff who made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere of the bookstore was great! Overall it’s a great place to shop textbook and university peripheral products!
