St. Philip’s College Bookstore

The guy at the book store Adam is so horrible. He has no customer service skills what so ever made my daughter cry saying kids don’t belong in the bookstore when I went to simply ask a question on a book that I needed. This guy needs to be let go of he spoke to me so horrible everybody that works in this book store seems like they hate working here and are simply annoyed easily by the students asking them simply questions about the books.

Lady hates her job obviously. Rude. Terrible communication. Attitude issue. They need to do something about her or management if the place is that negative all around. Worst bookstore in the Alamo colleges.

I went to visit this bookstore three years ago and its the same attitude horrible 👎👎👎

The lady who works here is rude first of all. Secondly you need to update the Google page to show your hours and when you are closed. I have driven out here twice in a week from Bulverde and 281 to pick up a book and both times it was closed. I am a FUTURE SAC student who just so happens to be taking a St Philip’s class so I don’t frequent the St Philip’s website so the least you can do when you answer the phone is show grace and be kind.

They need to update the hours on google. I just drove 40 minutes to drop off my text books because Saturdays are my only days off to come and they aren’t even open. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating
