Coming back again! Nestled inside the Solana Beach Library is the Solana Beach Friends of the Library Bookstore. It offers a diverse collection of books in very good condition and affordability. What I love the most is that there are carts outside the bookstore offering sometimes books that are FREE or just a buck. It’s a safe location because of its close proximity to a middle school. Be sure to come in when the kids are in school when it’s quiet 🤫 but otherwise it can get a tad rowdy during after school hours…still a great place 🥰
Nice library, I was able to get some work done. They have a 3D printer too.
I really like this library but it is so loud when the middle school and Boys and Girls Club kids are present that my son can't concentrate on his homework. We actually do his homework and reading out in the car in the parking lot and then go in to use the computer. There are only a few librarians that are willing to ask the kids to keep the noise levels at a respectable level, the others almost seem scared to approach the kids. Overall its a very good library with exception to the noise.
This place has a wide scope of books for everyone. I get all my books from here and the staff is wonderful. The only problem I've ever had was that some of the Earl Warren students come in around 3-4. However, everything else is amazing here.
Cute and modern library. Very quiet and clean, a great place to work or pick up books. Has plugins on some of the tables. Nice bathrooms and water bottle refill station.
