Scholastic Book Fairs are always such a fun and uplifting experience, with a bright and energetic ambiance that makes browsing books exciting for all ages; the service is friendly, organized, and helpful, and the wide variety and quality of books make every visit enjoyable and inspiring; be sure to check out the photos if available because the colorful displays and themed setups look even better in person and truly capture the joy of the fair.

My daughter’s book fair at her school. I put $30 on an eWallet and she comes home with 3 books and a broke 20 page diary. Three of the books has a $3 final sale on them but are only worth 16.97 at full price total. And if they charge tax it shouldn’t be more than $20. Where’s the rest of my daughter money. eWallet is completely empty smh. Never again!

This week we sent our three elementary school kids to school with money to buy BOOKS from the BOOK FAIR. Our middle child returned home with no books and $40 worth of cheap plastic toys. I understand bookmarks and such. I also realize the profit margins on these toys are much greater than on books. However, you are a book company, not a toy company. Please focus on what you are recognized for and don't convolute your brand trying to sell cheap plastic toys. We talked to the school librarian and we're told that she is unable to order the book fair without the toys, and is contemplating switching fair providers in order to remedy this.

I love scholastic! I am the book fair coordinator for my school and it's always find to come to the warehouse to spend some of the scholastic dollars we earned. My favorite sections are the build a box and the damaged items. The damaged items are things from book fairs that kids have opened or broken. Sometimes they are not damaged at all and you get something that would cost $10+ for only $1. The staff and volunteers are always helpful and pleasant, the location is simple to find and parking is easy.
