Rainy Day Books is bringing amazing authors and art to the KC area! I attended a fantastic event last night with author Matt Dinniman and voice actor Jeff Hays to discuss Operation Bounce House and the Dungeon Crawler Carl series and I had a blast! The event was organized well and was a ton of fun.

Such a great book store. They held an amazing event with Matt Dinnimon and Jeff Hayes for Operation Bounce House. I had such a blast and it was so lovely to see the kc area get so much love. Without independent bookstores in the local community, the community loses out on literature, events such like these and a group of people who truly care about books.nStop bynEnjoynAnd go to the author events!

Such a great store, everyone associated with this place is just the best. We went to the Operation Bounce House event and it was so fantasticly planned and run. Had a great night last night, listening to author Julie Mulhern sharing, secrets about how she writes her books in particular her latest title Murder in Manhattan. This is such a great store, especially this time of year when we’re all looking for gifts. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Rainy day books continues to be the leader in Kansas City and for good reason. Great environment, Superior customer service and their events are second to none! I’ve been to several events, but this last one with dog man, and my grandson was a special memory maker. Their employees are attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Love this jewel.
