Beautiful art and an amazing array of books! The staff is friendly and the art is beautiful. I was able to find what I was looking for. A great place for a quick stop or to just wander around.

Colorful, calm, and beautifully organized, this place is the revolutionary bookstore/coffee shop of my dreams! So many incredibly titles from novels to self help to cultural criticism all from authors of diverse backgrounds. There’s book clubs and poetry readings and endless support for minoritized communities too. Plus the store itself is gorgeous and has tons of out door space for enjoying your coffee and a new book.

such a great neighborhood staple in the dt/central Phoenix area!! although I’m a big proponent of phx public libraries, I come here if I want to refresh on the weekend, find a great gift for a friend, or find a book on political ideology that i can’t often find at the library. I love that the space hosts plenty of events as I’ve been meaning to join the book club too!! the space is very intentional and welcoming at its core and I recommend it to everyone

Delightful, community-focused bookstore featuring work by Latinx, POC, LGBTQX, and other world writers. I've happily discovered writers I didn't know there. A large selection of Spanish language books, gifts, a coffee bar, and more. I support this store as much as possible. ¡Que Viva Palabras Bookstore!

OMG, this place was such a wonderful find and we happened to stumble upon it. Everything about it was great!! The book selection was very satisfying, the art work is beautiful, the energy of the store is peaceful, there are nice seating areas and snacks for purchase. I love the importance of community and how it's reflected as well. The owners are very personable and you can see their passion reflected throughout the space. A Must Visit!! I wanted to purchase so many more books but I was traveling and my luggage was already a bit tight. Will definitely visit again in the future.
