Went in this week to look around and purchase a few items. At the time I was the only one in the store. The two employees working the counter did not greet me and did not ask if I need assistance. When I went to checkout there was zero communication and I had to ask was my sell complete in order to know when to insert my card. The cashier did not tell me final price or anything. As an alumni and current grad student I know this is not the standard to have a customer leave disappointed.
Stopped in on a campus tour with my oldest. Very clean location, friendly enthusiastic service. I can't wait for my son to be a 3rd generation Aggie!
