Muse Book Shop

cute book store but unfortunately didn’t get the chance to walk the whole shop! In the front of the store they have a kid section, with a table & chair for kids & some toys on the floor for sale, my son (who is 3) like any other toddler naturally gravitated towards the toys & went to play with a Melissa & Doug activity board toy, the older lady who works there came out while walking towards him saying “no, no, no don’t touch that!” & put her hands on his shoulders to pull him away, my husband quickly grabbed our son. We immediately felt uncomfortable. Our poor son was so confused & thought he did something wrong. why have toys on the floor, in the reach of children if you don’t want them to be touched? If you have littles I would personally skip this store, plenty of other kid friendly options in the area, especially the antique store right next door.

This is a cute little local bookshop! We came here while visiting from out of town. The owner was very nice, they had a nice variety of titles from newer to aurltographed and old titles. A large children's area with books & toys. Our only query was that it seemed that everything was the cover price, with not many deals so it can get expensive very fast. Very enjoyable experience, definitely recommend

Employee standoffish and rude. Not a good shopping experience. Left without buying anything because of bad tension. Employee obviously did not like having (quiet) children in the store despite having a children section. If you have kids maybe don’t go here.

My daughter and husband were visiting and we ended up looking for antiques ‼️ 3 floors of Wonderful Treasures 💝☺️

Large selection of books, mainly historic or non-fiction. A large amount if antique books. A ton of signed books, children's, juveniles, and fiction as well. Costumer service is amazing, I talked to the book shop owner's father, since she was out of town today, he was really nice and was a great help while I was looking for a book.
