Workers are polite for the most part. Be in mind that lines can be long sometimes.

Returned brand new never used books still in the wrapper during book buy back and they offered me $20 for 1 and $39 for the other. Both books were originally $100 each. Smdh

My daughter attends this school and today she experienced a horrible staff representative around 11:15am at the bookstore (MATC downtown). The woman was an older looking African American with a long black wavy wig. My daughter was advised by her professor that she can return her books; the woman at the bookstore stated it was too late. My daughter respectfully was leaving the bookstore when the lady stated reading is fundamental to my daughter. This older woman has zero class ,urbanized and has no respect. She should be terminated. Her statement was unnecessary. She needs to understand the concept of her behavior represents the school.

It is a very difficult to find location. It's in the parking structure on the first floor tucked away. It doesn't have an easily visible sign, so you likely won't see it from the street. If you are willing to pay for parking, you can use the garage. Otherwise, there is a small amount of street parking depending on construction.nnIt is not a very accessible location. It is on a fairly steep hill, the button to get in or out of the doors automatically is hard to get and make it through the doors after, the counters are also high (bar height). If you are mobility impaired, I'd recommend going to another campus or using transportation where you can be dropped off at the door.
