Lipscomb University Bookstore provides the most exceptional customer service! I'm an out-of-state repeat customer, most recently shopping online. I ordered three items, but one item was incorrect. I contacted the bookstore via email and received a response almost immediately. LU Bookstore shipped the correct item at no cost and told me to give the wrong item to someone. The notecards included with a handwritten note are an added bonus of a store that cares about providing a great shopping experience. Thank you!
