Staff that is not educated on their electrical products and their management is extremely rude.nnI was in a rush to catch my flight and asked for a magnetic phone charger but they sold me a watch charger instead. After walking back to my gate and wanting to charge my phone i saw that she sold me the wrong product. I walked back to change the product and they didn’t even want to take it back. Then they told me to go and find the manager at another store to let her help, after doing so the rude manager didn’t even let me finish explaining what happened and just kept on saying that there is nothing she can do.nDefinitely don’t trust them with anything and I would highly recommend not risking buying anything there.

They had the book I was looking for!!!! Such a great feeling. Store was well maintained and well stocked with the latest titles. Many other airport book stores focus on showing off the covers of their few books, this one had special displays for specialized genres, but offered way more books! It even smelt like a bookstore.

I want to ask how can you be so rude? Are you a bookstore owner? He told they don't accept coins in cash. Why not??nIt is disrespectful to travelers to do business like this at New York's representative airport.

Refused to check for in stock books while there are no other people in store. Rude attitude.
