Losing a lot of revenue at Gate B21 location. I was directed to self check out and 2 of the 3 scanners were not working. They should have offered to check me out. I and others just put our things back on the shelves. Im here twice per month and see this a lot….lost revenue because of unwillingness to assist.

I was visiting Best of the Valley and I have to say your two closing associates on July 25 have to be nominated in being some of the best customer service workers in the Valley.nnBoth of them male and female were very friendly, knowledgeable and treated every customer as if they not only respected them but wanted to ensure they left Phoenix remembering them.nnWe travelers don't always get to acknowledge the good we encounter and this is why I wanted to leave this google review and please give both of them a high five for a job well done.nnThank you and I will be visiting again soon

I had a less than pleasant experience at the Hudson store in Terminal 3 near the F gates. To start, their selection of shot glasses was very limited, which was disappointing for a traveler looking for souvenirs. I ended up purchasing a T-shirt, but as I was leaving, I noticed another one I liked better.nnWhen I approached a staff member to exchange the shirts, I was met with unnecessary attitude. The employee, a shorter woman of Mexican descent with a heavier build (just to identify her), gave me a nasty look and questioned whether I was sure about my choice. When I confirmed, she rolled her eyes before handling the exchange at the register. This interaction was at 4:30 in the morning, and I have no idea what the attitude was about.nnIf you don’t like your job, find another one! There’s no reason to take it out on customers. This was my first visit to Phoenix, and I’ll make sure to avoid this Hudson store in the future.

Pick up a couple of Fridge Magnets. Nice that they had self check out.

My wife travels for work and loves to read so this place was great and they have some kind of discount program if wanna read your book bring it back towards your next book
