The HCC bookstore provides excellent in-person customer service, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist students with their needs. The store is well-organized, and the team ensures a positive shopping experience. However, the online services are lacking, with frequent technical issues and delays that make it difficult for students to reliably order materials or access resources. While the in-person experience is top-notch, improvements to the online platform are needed to better serve the entire student body.

I bought a code from them and they would not for the life of me answer my calls when I called about getting a new code because the one they sold me was already in use it’s been a week and they haven’t answered my calls

They are ok, what you expect. They do have video games which is cool. A bit pricey, and sometimes people look like they need some coffee ☕😔.
