This was my first time coming to this bookstore and the staff member named Daniel was ever so helpful. Daniel (black man – working 12/15) was ever so kind, helpful, and had amazing customer service! He helped me find exquisite books for a Christmas gift exchange in no time! Daniel needs a raise for his great work ethic, excellent people skills, and his extensive knowledge of the inventory! I will be back and I will tell people I know to come here!

04/6/24 – My second time visiting Gramercy Books for a book signing event. Yesterday, I purchased the book of an invited guest. The guest author, Ms Dulcé Sloan. The nice size book store has a variety of classical, modern, and traditional literature for your liking. They also offer a variety of trinkets for your entertainment. Clean and nicely organized shelves. I purchased Ms. Sloan’s book, and a staff member’s (Daniel) pick. Thank you. Parking out front and nearby. A coffee shop literally next door. Nice and friendly service. Decent prices.

A friend sent me a get well gift from Gramercy Books and they went so above and beyond that I must review them! My sister used to live in the area and has been here before in person (also raves about it!). The package was immaculately packed and beautifully wrapped. And the books were a perfect choice. Highly recommend for in person and even out of state gifts!

They had hard to find books in stock and after ordering online they were ready to pick up in store 24hrs later. I appreciate that it tells you online how many of each book they have left on the shelves.
