Excellent college in the heart of Boston. Great education. I have 1 son who graduated and another attending an amazing location.
Do not talk to your customers while laying on the ground with your head on your backpack. Student workers represent the school overall to outsiders, and that was a poor representation. Obviously, the person in charge wasn't there to monitor. Also, do not talk to your customers like they're stupid. That was a very uncomfortable experience for me. Thanks a lot, now I know to avoid an uncomfortable event by not stepping foot into this bookstore again.
Friendly customer service. Pretty small. Needs a major expansion of space and items. Could use a lot more variety of swag!
