I didn't experience any friendliness from the staff, perhaps because the staff has changed. Their expressions weren't welcoming, which made it uncomfortable to ask questions. It would be great if they were just more friendly.

I purchased from them at kbookstore.com. The website looks a little scam-y, and I hadn't heard about a shipping confirmation after a week. I reached out to their customer support and received a response saying that they hadn't shipped yet due to waiting for the books to come to them, and then they got them sent right away. Shipping was fast, maybe 3 days to get from CA to WI. The books are in excellent condition and exactly what I ordered. So grateful to have a store in the US to order Korean books from!
