Hello, I placed an online order for a Master of Education Hood for a graduation robe that is needed for an upcoming graduation ceremony scheduled in about 2 weeks. Though I didn't request expedited service my order arrived in 1 day.— Thank you very much, you are greatly appreciated.
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with a bookstore that I had hoped would be a reliable source for my academic needs. Unfortunately, their customer service fell short of my expectations. During finals week, I received an email from the bookstore stating that my books had been shipped to another location. When I called their customer service line to inquire about the situation, I was repeatedly put on hold by a representative who seemed uninterested in helping me. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, they told me that they were a manager, which was confusing and unprofessional. Later, they offered to connect me with another manager, a male employee named Rich, who was even worse. He kept interrupting me, had zero customer service skills, and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Overall, my experience with this bookstore was extremely disappointing. I highly recommend finding a different store to find your books, specifically one that values its customers and provides better service.
I purchased a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for a young lady attending Concordia next fall. The sweatshirt was a little small and she wanted to get the next size up, and apparently they have a no return policy on clothing items only? This makes so sense at all– I bought a cup/tumbler also, but could have returned that ( which could have been used- gross, and returned?) but I cannot exchange a sweatshirt- which has not been worn and had the tags on it?nUnbelievable—
Went multiple times to return my books and bookstore was closed during their normal business hours. When I finally went and they were open, was charged a late fee and told I could have just mailed them back, despite this never being communicated in their initial email.
The students are helpful, and the bookstore is the place to purchase CTX memorabilia, tokens of the Tornado experience.
