I went to grab some items that I knew they would have. Once I got to counter, I mistakenly thought the man at the desk asked me if I was ready to check out. I said yes, and was about to ask him a question, to when he rudely put his finger up at me and said that he was on the phone, while cutting his eyes at me. I had no idea that he was on the phone or I would have waited until he was done. I put my items back and left.

They have the best Christian books and things for kids and adults, good health resources, and vegan/vegetarian products I can't get anywhere else.nnAdded note: I have seen negative comments about Stan in reviews. I know Stan, I’ve dealt with him multiple times over the phone, in person, and via email. He is a Christian. He has never, EVER, been rude to me or anyone I’ve ever met that interacted with him. However he retreats into his shell when other people are rude to him. He is non confrontational like that. So when someone says he’s rude, what they are really saying is they were rude to him and caused him to pull away in self protection and professionalism. I will not tolerate lies about and projection into people I know. These are good, sweet, Christian people.

I’m new to town and went to the store today. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the man who checked me out seemed like he didn’t want me there by the expression on his face. I paid for my food and left. I won’t be back. The extra star was grace.

I'm giving this place a 2 star review because the staff is very unfriendly. When I walked in there were two employees right at the entrance. There was no greeting of any kind even though I know they looked up and saw me because we made eye contact. I was looking for something specific and wandered around the whole store. Even though I was the only person in the store not one of the three employees I saw there approached me to see if I needed any help. I finally went to the front desk to ask for help. After waiting for a while for a conversation to come to an end between the two employees the desk I finally asked for the item I was looking for. I was told very gruffly that they didn't have it and then the person just turned their back to me. There was no offer of help to find something else that might be similar. The one positive thing is they have a lot of vegetarian meat options and other health food type foods. But they are very highly priced and you can get them cheaper almost anywhere else.
