Buy the Book

This is a cute little book store. They have books of different genres. There seemed to be a lot of romance books, but they also had a nice selection westerns, Christian and even a St. Augustine area. The majority of their business seems to be the post office at the back of the store. There wasn’t anyone at the front checkout desk the whole time I was there.

This is a great little used book shop on Flagler College's campus. My friend and I had a great time exploring all of the different sections and the selections were amazing. The staff member was kind and extremely helpful.

6/13/19 Edited after owner reply: I’d heard about this bookstore a few months back and was excited to check it out this past Monday.nnThe atmosphere is classic for a bookstore- stacks of books creating a literary maze you could get lost in, and with trinkets of all sorts along the way.nnFor the beach and wine lovers, this place is a goldmine for unique gift ideas. I was impressed with their variety and amount of Hallmark-inspired items you wouldn’t find anywhere else.nnTheir book selection was impressive too. There was a huge variety of fiction and local St. Augustine books, and one side of shelves contained hundreds of nonfiction and memoirs. There was a good mix of new and used books, and the used had very little wear.nnThis book shop also serves as a post office, and the clientele was split between those racing in and out for the mail services, and those meandering the aisles perusing books.nnThe staff were very helpful, but are located all the way at the back of the store.nnOverall- great selection, and upon hearing back from the owners here on Google Reviews, great communication. I think I was accidentally charged for a used book at a new price which led me to the incorrect assumption about their pricing. Accidents happen, but I appreciate the owners willingness to reply to my review and mention their pricing policies.

This is the best used book store in the area and they have a few new books as well. The variety is refreshing compared to the typical used book stores that are packed with mostly romance and westerns. The owner was very engaged and helpful. There’s also a USPS post office in the back which is convenient.

Really fun selection. The largest used romance section I’ve ever seen. Huge old-school western and sci-fi/fantasy section too. Extremely well worth a visit. Staff was nice.
