This was my first time visiting this Books-A-Million from Pennsylvania as someone who lives in Florida for the winter.nnThis BAM is not only in a very convenient location for me, it's also a very nice one. The store was very well kept, I was able to find everything that I was looking for, it's not to loud and everyone who's shopping/working there is very respectful and helpful. Will definitely be returning again before I go back to PA in May.

An amazing selection, very clean and staff is friendly. I love the bargain section, I could spend all day here! I brought home four new books for just $20

I love this place. The best selection of books and accessories for books as well as magazines and puzzles. It's my favorite spot to stop at on my way home from work.

Rude and clueless. Anyone who has ever tried to buy anything on sale here knows that they don’t label anything as “on sale” you have to see it in email or the website they only tell you if it’s a one day only sale or not (exp date unknown). That’s why two days after I get an email about a sale I go to the store make the line just to ask if the sale is still on. They say “yes”. Great, we spend half an hour picking out gifts. Go to pay and the cashier says nothing is on sale. I tell her I asked the person right next to her and she said they were. That employee acts like she can’t hear us from two feet away. The cashier calls someone, they say nothings on sale. I ask why call someone else when the other lady is right there. Cashier says, with attitude “She is new and I called the manager”. They are not new, I’ve seen them there for over a year, so that was a lie. Whatever, I see they are not going to honor the discount. I tell her I want to buy one book but leave everything else. She charges me for the book and some of the items I told her I didn’t want. She says she can’t fix it I need to do a return with the manager, for HER screw up. Now it takes 4-5 days to get my money back. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else. They don’t care about your time, or your satisfaction. Obviously, they don’t address any of these negative reviews. They don’t deserve your money.

We went here to purchase a book from what used to be the occult section. I noticed the name changed to mind, body and spirit. I don’t mind the change, but it seems as though this bookstore is trying to erase witchcraft, and every other religion but Christianity. The section was extremely small. As I was perusing some of the beautiful hard back books, I found several flyers, spouting extremist propaganda, shoved into specifically books with “witchcraft” in the title. These flyers came from a Christian website claiming that people like me would go to hell. Your store has cameras, why was this allowed? This hate filled behavior is vandalism. I should be able to walk into this bookstore, buy a book that I want, and not have my religion and beliefs attacked. I am also extremely concerned that the Christianity and Bible section was in the center of the store and three aisles long! This is not Advertised as a “Christian“ Bookstore! Where is the diversity?nThis is the kind of indoctrination that our fore fathers, who built this nation with freedom of religion, were concerned about. Our country is not a theocracy. After coming across over 20 of these extremist bookmarks, I rightfully felt uncomfortable. We will no longer shop at books a million if your company continues to demonize the very religion Christianity was based on, and stock your shelves with propaganda, lies, and fear mongering.
