I like what the store stands for, but here's my issue…nnEvery time I go from the other side of town with anything I want to sell. They claim they won't take my items.nnDon't waste your gas coming to this establishment, they simply won't give you a cent.

Love Bookman's!! Always a good time and I find treasures every visit. Prices are decent, some higher than expected and others a steal! My favorite location closed but the two remaining are still wondeful. One time I was surprised at checkout that I was the lucky customer of the day and my entire purchase was free! What other store does that?! Support local independent businesses and go to Bookman's! ❤️

Always a teriffic place to go. I could spend days in this store that is full of new and used books, videos, video games and music. As well as new and used musical instruments and electronics. Except, they really don't have televisions…..they are too big. I don't think they have many computers either. Their selections are always wide and far reaching, their staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is that of a cozy bookstore. I often just sit and read.nThey have an area wherd they will evaluate and possibly buy your used items if you bring them in. I often do this in exchange for store credit. (Which is always a much better deal than whet they will give you in cash…..but, that makes sense.) They also have tons of unique, nic-naks like page holders, some jewelry, locally made, Arizona styled greeting cards, buttons, collectibles and souvenirs. Its definately a fun place to go and thd prices are pretty good as well.

A great bookstore and so much more. Everything is recycled or second hand. But not just books, records, musical instruments, knick knacks. You can bring your old books in and they will give you credits for them hey a Very interesting store.

Brought in a large collection and about an hour later they gave me a grand total. Great! When I asked for an itemized list, they got huffy and brought over the manager who made up a policy that itemized prices have to be requested in advance. I insisted on confirming the price for three foreign items that I knew would be difficult to price accurately, each worth ~$150. Bookmans was offering $1 in trade credit for each item! The manager even admitted to knowing what those particular items were worth which left me feeling that Bookmans was intentionally trying to dupe me.nnWhen I got home, I realized that they had damaged many of the other items they didn't want.nnGreat place to buy books and media and I've done so for over 15 years. But once my credit from this terrible trade experience is used up I'm done.
