Bliss Books & Wine

I love this concept of a wine bar and bookstore! Grab a glass of wine, buy or bring a book, and just chill. They had a variety of wines (I took a photo of their menu). There are tables to sit and play games with friends, couches and comfy chairs to sit and get lost in a book, this really is such a cool spot for book lovers and wine drinkers. They had a small, but great selection of books for sale, along with some other book and/or wine themed merch. I stopped in during the KC Bookstore Crawl, and I'm so glad I did!

Bliss Books & Wine is a cute, comfy, quiet little spot! The perfect place to catch up with a friend over a glass of wine or gather with your book club to discuss your latest read. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service and definitely want to go back! They have private rooms your book club can rent or just gather in the main space. Tip: you can park for free in the garage next to the store (it's not marked real well but I confirmed it was ok!)

We had a great time at our sister/niece gathering on a recent Sunday afternoon. Beautiful store, comfortable environment, various wine including non-alcoholic options. I had the local KC Wine Co. Chardonnay, which was lovely and not too sweet! The customer service was excellent, too. Decent selection of adult fiction, non-fiction and kids books. Cool local artwork to top it off! We'll be back…

Location and wine great. Didn't carry many books, so definitely bring your own. The atmosphere was not as cozy as I expected. Looked cute, but more for a bar like vibe.

Amazing Space and Amazing OwnersnBliss Books & Wine is truly a gem! The owners were incredibly warm and inviting, making the experience even more special. I enjoyed the Riesling wine while exploring their space, which features a zen room, a crafts and events room, and my personal favorite—the podcast room. This is the perfect spot for amazing wine, a good read, and great vibes. Highly recommend!
