Just tried to return a textbook rental. Neither of the girls that helped me knew what they were doing. They both told me to come back tomorrow since their manager wasn’t there. I drove an hour just to return the book and told them I couldn’t come back tomorrow. They took my book with a sticky note and told me they would give it to their manager. I asked for written confirmation that I left it in their possession the girl refused. This is ATROCIOUS. stared blankly the whole time I was the one who had to finally ask is there something wrong. Absolutely clueless people I’m glad to know my tuition gets to pay for things like this. Word of advice : teach your bookstore employees common ETIQUETTE and CUSTOMER SERVICE. these two things are nonexistent in this building.

I put the University bookstore and vacation timeshare salespeople in the same category.nnReturn policies, especially for graduation gear, is displayed at least 10 feet from the register. Even if you mentioned bringing it back, the staff will not mention it would not be accepted.nnEverything is overpriced. Almost everything you find here is cheaper online.nnThere are other instances of lack of transparency. I'm so glad to be graduating and never have to deal with this place again.

Literally asked for a USB-A flash drive, they said they did not have one and sold me a USB-C flash drive. It is literally for pickup on their website. Made me spend 13 dollars for nothing. do better

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If you have issues or need assistance, I’d recommend asking a peer rather than going to the bookstore, they do not give full information and the second something they say isn’t on the page they have no answer for you. There was a young man who was very rude and dint even let me speak

This will be the 3rd semester in a row I have had issues receiving my textbooks for school. I have been given the wrong textbooks almost every single semester. This has waisted so much of my time to fix and last semester I had to withdrawal from a course because of their inconsistencies.
