Barnes & Noble at EKU

Love how quickly they have my orders, whether for my school books or an order of school supplies and stuff, it's either the same day or next morning I am notified that it's ready!! Quick service and decent prices on a lot of items

The staff has always been nice and helpful. The store is typically pretty expensive and they can be particular on price matching rentals. Sometimes its cheaper to price match, buy, then sell back compared to renting.

I need textbooks for class so I find it necessary. For many other products they are very expensive, of course it's specialty, EKU, items, but still too expensive for most things I would consider purchasing. The associates I have dealt with have been very helpful and personable.

The workers are always super nice and helpful. They can also help you find what you need with no problem. The only problem is that some of their stuff is WAYYY overpriced and you can find just as good quality at Walmart for 1/4 the price (literally)

I ordered a printer almost a month ago. I have not received it and no one answers the phone. After 2 minutes of holding, the phone line cuts off. I want my 80 dollars back so I can go to Walmart and buy a printer. WALMART service is better than Barnes and Noble at EKU.
