We went to Barnes & Noble for a book signing event with Brandon Mull, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The location was spacious, organized, and had more than enough room to comfortably host everyone who came out.nnThe staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole event run smoothly. Everything from checking in to finding our seats felt effortless. I also noticed how clean the store was, which really stood out. Even the restrooms were spotless—something you always appreciate when you’re out at a big event.nnOverall, this store knows how to host an author signing and create an enjoyable atmosphere for readers and families. Went in there yesterday looking for KIN by Tayari Jones. Not 1 book on display. I've seen other stores with full displays for this 2019 Women's Prize Award winning author. Do better!!!!!! I walked up and down for a few minutes. No one asked me if I needed help. I left. Thankfully the staff at the stores in the neighborhood I live in do not behave this way. Very poor! Put her books out!
Great place. Clean, organized, and a wonderful store to spend a few hours looking at books. Shoutout to Robert at customer service who was able to save me some headache and direct me to a book I couldn't find. He walked me right to where it was at, and was super nice. I'll be back soon to get lost in the aisles and buy some more books.
Great place, very friendly, clean and the kids area is huge i come and read to my nephew! I come in and start writing my book at times and enjoy their coffee as well. Love their Anime/Manga Section and their LGBT variety of books shelved as well.
Serena is the NICEST employee I’ve ever encountered in a long time she went above and beyond to help me find a toy that my daughter has desperately been wanting. Thank you!! You are the epitome of great customer service this establishment is lucky to have her!
