An extremely well decked out Barnes& Noble! Tons of colorful books and helpful crowd. You'll be drowning in all the fancy fresh items coming in the 2 floors here, and it's a great place to buy gifts.nnThe only bad part is it there's literally no place to sit down… Unlike other bookstores that have couches and chairs, the only place to sit is in the Starbucks.

This review is about Starbucks at this location, which felt a bit strange. I ordered a pink drink with light coconut milk and light ice. What I got was water tinted pink with ice and just two drops of coconut milk. I'm wondering if paying $6 for water is worth it! The best part was when I asked the staff if there was a mistake; she didn’t realize she was missing something and asked if I wanted to add anything else. Please let me know if this is a common experience at other Starbucks locations. Thanks.

Nice B&N location. This is one of the bigger locations with a lot of different sections. I especially enjoyed perusing the music section. It's nice to see physical media making its comeback.

This is the most annoying noisy bookstore I have ever stepped foot in. The employees profile you without any bags and assume you are stealing. Also, forget about reading, the employees have conversations in huddles loudly right near you so can't read. Attached is a picture of an employee sitting on the floor in front of me while im trying to shop for a book. Just seems like the employees don't respect thosw looking for a peaceful visit. Reading while black seems to make them feel uncomfortable lol

I just want to say the customer service here is phenomenal. Kensley searched for the book I was looking for and found it in the back. She helped me with book recommendations and I walked away very happy after feeling discouraged. Journey at the cash register was also amazing. He was very kind and patient.
