Barnes & Noble is my favorite place to browse and for the most part, I have a relaxing time. I appreciate the super friendly staff and that they welcome my fur baby. It is extremely important to me that they accept doggies because it gave me the opportunity to train my JJ even before he earned the service dog in training vest. I spend a lot of time training around the store, because I enjoy browsing or reading, JJ has learned patience and a very good stay. He also has learned to ignore people and I am able to sit and eat. It has become my number one place tonReinforce training and I get to do it around books. I have loved Barnes & Nobles, but now I really get to enjoy it and spend more time with my JJ’s support. Great place and fun selection of books! Just taking 1 star off because of the truly puzzling decision to lock what was basically the front door. I can understand if there was some shoplifting issue or something, but why the doors near the children’s area? That side of the building has the most people due to facing other storefronts and the shopping center’s main parking lot. They now want people to walk around to the basically deserted part of the shopping mall, with nothing but the PF Chang, basically no foot traffic at all. If you were say at the Five Below or Panera and then wanted to check out the bookstore for impulse shopping or something, you have to walk around. It’s a thing you have to really think to do, since there’s really nothing on the back area of Settlers Ridge. I just don’t understand. Why not keep the children’s area doors open and the back area locked? I think the management decision is making this bookstore lose business and inconvenience potential customers.

The lady at the desk was very helpful. Theres a large selection of books, hobby accessories and toys. The coffee shop doesn't hurt either.nnAlways a great time here and the staff is polite and eager to help!

Good bookstore. A very wide selection and helpful staff. Plenty of room to browse and explore. There is a large I teractive children's area and an all right game section.

Usually have positive interactions with staff members. I don't usually need assistance at the bookstore, but I received help checking up on stock on a book during one of the recent visits. She told me which other stores have stock, then suggested to order the book and have it delivered to this store for free when I mentioned that those locations are too far for me to travel to. Thank you! Wish I got her name so I could give her a proper shoutout.
