I love Barnes & Noble, and my recent experience with this store just solidified that even more! I called in to find a book that was out of stock pretty much everywhere except this store, and I was able to get it from here! Big shout out and thank you to Justine for all of your help and being so wonderful and kind to make this happen!! 🙂

I spoke to Rebecca on NYE and she was SO helpful! Poor thing she was understaffed and I had a complicated situation over the phone, and she politely asked if I could call back in a few hours when she would be less busy which was no prob at all. I called back and she helped me resolve my situation and I got my beautiful box of holiday Christmas cards at 50% for their sale and I'm so psyched!nnThank you Rebecca for helping me even though you were slammed and she was so professional and nice and patient! I highly recommend this store.nnAnd tbh all the B&N stores that I've been calling around everyone has been so nice and willing to help me track down the last of these sold-out holiday cards so yay to physical booksellers and real employees!

the parking lot is huge since it shares with the nearby stores. we came here and had a few questions where a few different genres of books were at this location and some other items were located. they told us exactly where everything was. the store was pretty clean and the books weren't messy or thrown around. i hope to return and make another purchase soon.

This is one of the last book stores that you can just run in and grab a book. They have a pretty extensive selection, And they have a really cute kids section.nnWhen you first walk in they have a seasonal section with a really cute setup.nnThey have a coffee shop over to the side, And they serve Starbucks but there selection is very minimal.nnIf you're a teacher you can sign up for their yearly loyalty club for free. You get 10% off and a free bag every year.nnWhen you're going to pay they have a pretty extensive selection of trading cards for sports behind the counter. They also have a huge selection of Legos and toys.

Went into a bookstore I thought. When I got in there this place has a lot going on. Games toys movies videos lots of books. But lots more going on than I expected. Definitely a place to kill some time if you need to or to just go hang out in their AC
