I had a fantastic experience, they had many of the classics in some very beauitful backing and illustrations. They had gifts, cards, journals, a childrens section and a starbucks

Asking a vague question can get you some pointedly awkward service. I knew what I wanted, title and author, but I obviously didn't know the right person to ask, mistakenly followed the wrong person and got snapped at, and didn't know a vin #. Sadly, I think this is why book stores are dying out.nHowever, I take 50% of the responsibility for the outcome and I'm willing to go back. Everybody has a bad day and maybe all three of us were.nThe store is beautiful and smells delightfully of books and coffee.

Store was clean and well thought out. Most of the staff was helpful and polite. All normal services Barnes normally offers is an easy process and staff will help. HOWEVERnAt this location heaven forbid you ask to order books that they do not have on the shelf. Went yesterday, was told to go to the front checkout like I could at any other store, and the girl had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my 35 years of life. It was so bad I just walked out, with as offended as I was. Went up and stood in line. My turn came and I said with a polite smile “hello I have been looking for this set of books and was told that you could help me”. She looked up at me with the look of disgust and said “you can’t order books here, go to customer service, this is checkout line”. I said excuse me? That’s who told to come here?. Said it’s not their job for ordering books and to go to customer service. I walked out. If she would have been polite about it and not rude, wouldn’t have had an issue.nOther than that store was fine.

I really love going here! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's usually not too crowded, so it's a chill place to hang out, except during the holidays. They have a good selection of books, movies, and music, but it seems like they don't get as much stuff as other stores in Florida.nnThe cafe is awesome, have had a few drinks and food remade and they're always happy to do so, they're also usually busy. Will definitely keep coming back though!

I really love this store, but recently it seems as if the staff would rather stand around talking to each other than look approachable. I had a question about finding a book but ended up walking away because it felt like I was going to “interrupt” their conversation. This was on Saturday January 31st.nnNot sure if this is because of new management or what but this was never an issue until recently.
