Love the staff here, so friendly! This location also has the better Manga and comics section. I've also had an odd luck streak here. A book I was looking for quite literally jumped off the shelf at me. I thought it wasn't there until all three fell and there it was. I always feel good after stopping in. 💖

The children’s section is particularly impressive, with an extensive variety of books, a welcoming reading area, and charming touches like hand puppets that invite kids to engage, imagine, and fall in love with reading.nIt’s a space that encourages curiosity at every age—a bookstore that feels both enriching and inviting, and one I’m always happy to spend time in.

This is one of two Barnes & Nobles in town with the other one being on North Academy near the Chapel Hills mall. This one by the Citadel Mall is just as good. The one up north seems a bit nicer and has a Star Bucks, but the one by the Citadel will have more of what you're looking for in stock. As a big nerd in anime, Star Wars and other items to collect, this store always has something and usually pretty good prices too. The staff is friendly to my knowledge, but I only stop by once in a blue moon.
