Nice and quite to study, read, have a meeting. Always clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Of course with a Starbucks inside you could be there all day. Wonderful area for the children as well.

Amazing customer service. We were looking for a the new Halo book that was showing in stock, but not where it was supposed to be. We had a staff member go above and beyond, helping us look through all surrounding areas and the back stock to try and find it. When he was unable to find it, he took down our information and told us he'd give us a call when the next shipment came in. He ended up calling us later in the day, explaining that throughout his shift he kept his eye out and found the misplaced book in a completely different section. Not many places have employees that will go above and beyond for something small like this! Shout-out to Barnes and Noble staff at the Fountains!

I have always had positive experiences at this location. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist when I am looking for a specific book. If they dont have it on hand, they can order it and it arrives VERY quickly from my experience.nnHealthy selection of Lego sets is a huge plus for me!

Great place…. the people in this store are very attentive to the handicap patronage. Good job folks you get a good review from me. You should see the one I left for best buy next door to you.

horrible service by the person discriminating at the register at starbucks. Apparently bothered mr.casas because he was stocking small boxes and I asked for a fork. he dismissed me and continued working for a few seconds without saying a word then he walks over to the forks and plays with them with his dirty hands about to hand me a fork but then decides I don't deserve his plastic fork for a snack I purchased at the same mall and finish my coffee to refill my starbucks cup. decided not to even purchase my refill and will not return here and will be closing my rewards account mr casas can keep his precious plastic forks
