I had a wonderful experience at Barnes & Noble recently, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. The store was impeccably organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of books was vast, with plenty of new releases as well as classics, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of genres available.nnWhat really stood out to me was the cozy atmosphere. The store had a warm, welcoming vibe, and I spent a good amount of time browsing and even sat down with a coffee from their in-store cafe to enjoy a good book. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they were quick to offer recommendations when I asked.nnOverall, my visit was exactly what I needed—a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be coming back for future book shopping, and I highly recommend Barnes & Noble to anyone who enjoys a great selection of books and a peaceful atmosphere.

Great selection of books. That’s the only good thing I can say about this Barnes & nobles. I came to this store to purchase a cookbook for the holidays but I just ended up coming to pure chaos with kids screaming and running around for 20 mins where the staff ultimately did almost nothing to solve the issue and I even overheard them joking about this situation. This store puts disgrace in the franchises name I will never come back after this.

A magisterial experience for the mind! Funny how online shopping started with books, and yet, here I am, decades later, willing to buy anything online except for books! Nothing beats the experience of browsing new (or older) titles by your favourite author, or checking out new historical tomes or scientific discoveries. Being in store, I am more willing to check out political analyses by authors with perspectives different from mine. And keep in mind that the clientele in a B&N consists of lovely folks who share a passion for reading. All in all, such a satisfying experience, and fundamentally irreplaceable.

This location is much smaller and more crowded than the one on 86th street. No coffee shop or areas to sit. Nice to have a brick and mortar bookshop to browse books though. They make good use of space. Mostly classics and the latest hardcover best sellers. With so many books being published, they must be limited, so they sell the highest margin books.
