Such inefficiencies are especially disheartening for dual enrollment students, first-time college students or re-entrants, who may interpret these experiences as indicative of a broader institutional failure, negatively impacting their perception of the college and its ability to support their educational aspirations.nnIn an era where technology should streamline operations and enhance service delivery, Atlanta Tech failure to implement proper training protocols and robust systems is unacceptable. The absence of structured procedures and staff development results in an environment where student needs are unmet, and institutional credibility is undermined.nnAtlanta Tech must urgently reevaluate its operational frameworks, invest in staff training, and develop comprehensive, efficient systems to serve its student body effectively. Only through such reforms can the college restore confidence and provide the quality of service expected .

This bookstore is horrible. Nobody ever answers the phone. I literally called before walking in just to see if someone would answer and they didn’t. But when I walked in the store was empty. Workers just standing around . Answer the phone sometimes. This is bad business! Who is the manager?? Like why do you guys not answer the phone?? Everyone don’t have time to come in there all the time.

This bookstore is the worse and has been for the last two years of being here. So glad this is my final year at this school. I don't understand why the bookstore people are always rude all the time. They NEVER answer the phone even when nobody is even standing in the store. I called one time while I was in there just to see and when the phone rang the two people at the desk just let it ring like WOW!nnThen they want to give you cut off time for your FA early only for the first part of the fall semester, but like how do I know what book to get for my next class that doesn't start until Oct? They won't let you do any exchanges or refunds if you purchased the incorrect book.nnThey need new trained staff who are not just there for a check but people who actually have excellent people skills and good bedside manner.

This is my first semester at ATC and everyone that I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and professional. The staff is working a lot to help a lot of students. My suggestion rather than calling actually go up there be kind, patient say thank you and people will help you out tremendously.nMs Natalie has gone above and beyond regarding helping me with digital books and any other questions I had. Everyone was great.

I did forklift class and got my certification. The instructor Mr McCall was very helpful and patient. 👍.
