Three townships were created as a result of the reclaimed material.Although still the most powerful leader in the World, he, and all that follow him in that office, have to take their turn before assuming ultimate authority; as a rota was devised for various countries to take turns in governing.The rules are simple: the elected country must have a population of at least 8.5million; two or more countries can combine in government to make up these numbers. During their 4-year term of office it/they can pass any edict unchallenged and the remaining World order must comply.
