Always love a trip to B&N. I make a whole event of it. Starting with a trip to the cafe for something to eat & a Starbucks drink. The cafe has many vegetarian options for me and ofc I always need a sweet treat as well. I love looking through the magazines. Then I look through the music section for biographies & music history books. Check out the sale section bc they have rows of books from $5+. The free rewards program has saved me a ton of money as a book lover.
You always leave with something!nnMy family and I recently visited the Greensburg location. This place is huge and I mean huge! There is no way you would leave empty-handed.nnWhile, my husband and my two Littles hung out in the children’s area, I had a chance to walk around and just see all the really cool displays and everything that this Barnes & Noble has to offer.nnNot only do they have books, but they have numerous puzzles, arts and craft kits, Legos, and even getting as far as a toy section with big brand toys! Lots of plushies all over the board!nnBack in the kids area, everything is spaced out so nobody is on top of each other. Lots of fun displays that have what is current and hot. Holiday displays here and there, a stage on one side that has puppets, train table on the other and another area where they hold story time.nnOn the left in this store is an area that used to be full of music. Now that we can so easily access our music, it seems this area is getting smaller. A section of vinyls over here and DVDs. In the back area, they have board games for purchase and lots of toy plushies.nnOn the right side of the store is where you’ll find magazines, the café, and different displays of classics and other items.nnI do like that they do things like blind books that you can purchase. I think things like that are exciting and also make a great display. Very clean and organized throughout the entire store.nnMy only complaint would be that they have about four huge racks that would be considered sale items that they’re referring to as “annex”. I don’t think that the deals on them are as good as they should be. I think that they can move them a lot quicker if they mark them down further. It also helps anyone who maybe doesn’t have a higher amount of money with them to leave with something. Other than that, this is a great store! Would recommend!nnCurbside pickupnIn-store pickupnOnsite servicesnDeliverynnCredit and debit cards accepted. Wi-Fi. Large amount of parking spaces that are free on the premises.nn9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM on Sundays.nn*Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
Come here! Read banned books! Consume the knowledge that would be kept from you! Think critically and well! Enjoy the excellent atmosphere of a brick and mortar bookstore! There's nothing like it. Also, these guys are always curating some excellent little tables of cozy fantasy. That's wonderful too.
5 Stars – A Book Lover’s ParadisennThis was my first visit to this Barnes & Noble location, and I was thoroughly impressed. The store is quite large, very clean, and well organized, making it easy to browse. There appeared to be plenty of staff on hand, which added to the welcoming and helpful atmosphere.nnWhile I didn’t purchase anything from the café, it was nice to see it available, with plenty of seating for patrons who want to relax and read.nnIf you’re a book enthusiast, this place likely has whatever you’re looking for. A great spot to explore and get lost in the shelves!
